Useful details include:
- order ID;
- source cryptocurrency and network;
- destination cryptocurrency and network;
- deposit transaction hash;
- payout transaction hash, if one has already been created;
- a concise description of the issue.
Deposit and Payout Questions
If a deposit has been sent but the order has not updated, first confirm that the transaction was sent on the exact network shown for the order.
For payout questions, confirm the destination address and network that were entered when the exchange was created.
